Has it been awhile??

Has it been awhile or what? It has! Seems like things around the net had calmed down and everyone went back to their merry little lives, but man was I wrong! It seems that piracy is again on the rise, and in none other than a little group on google known as Rise of The Rebels. these people are right out there sending tubes of every known artist, scrap kit, commercial use stuff, hell gathering everything they can to share. Questions is, when will the big baddies come out to play and drag these people across the muck like they did before? Makes you wonder!! Until next time, good day!

Life goes on

Well, again everything is quiet in the world of digi scrapping. Looks like the ole bark side just came out of retirement to harrass Michelle H, and that really didn't seem to go very far as it seemed many people kept veering off on other topics and other people. Michelles store is still there and full of people, so she kept right on trudging forward and let this mess roll right off her back. Granted, I don't approve of what she did to other store owners, but what can you do about it? Not much.

I have heard and seen some very tricky and rather annoying emails going around about some new blog that wants to "showcase" stores, designers, and store policies and views on everything from sales, new designers, to piracy, and if you ask me, the questions they pose on their so called, "interview" are very misleading as they start off nice, and then end with all sorts of prying into your "views" on what punishment a designer should receive for piracy, should you verify all your designers have legal copies of their software, and even asking you to give them names of designers and groups that share stuff!!

Now does that sound like an interview to you or is that fishing for information? I'll have to snag a copy of the questions for you and post them so you can judge for yourself what the deal is. I myself think it is downright as rude and nasty as the ole darkside and other smack blogs have been in trashing everything and everyone.

Oh well, life does go on and we await the opening of the next smack blog with baited breath, however I don't think it will do much good because it seems people are just not as interested anymore in the "in your face smackdowns" that a few people have done. Til another day peoples, I'm off to rest and have some tea.

All is quiet it seems again

Well, looks like the masses just don't have the same interest they did in virtual blood anymore, lol I think these things go in cycles, like trends. One comes in, another goes out and it just keeps going around and around. Only difference is, the second time around not as many people follow the trend!

I'm not in very much these days because there just isn't much newsworthy to talk about. It's all the same old stuff, repeats if you will of the same drivel spouted before.

I have however gottena huge kick out of reading the comments, lol you people have got some imagination as well as a mouth a sailor would be proud of!

Once again, I find the need to remind you, I'm NOT Drama Queen, I don't know who she is, and frankly, I don't care. If this girl had a store and didn't pay you, then don't come here accosting me, because that has nothing to do with me, lol far from it! One of these days some of you will reach over your heads and pull that chain that turns the light on and you will see that not every freaking shadow that flashes across the wall is what or whom you think it is. It does get tiresome reading those accusatory emails demanding your money, when I don't even know who you are much less why I'd owe you money. lol Frankly, I think you'd be beter off filing a complaint with the better bsuiness bureau or with the stores domain host you have a beef with, they'll help find the woman you are after ebcause it sure as hell isn't me. lol

Now I'm off to breakfast and then cocoa and a much needed nap. Perhaps you ought to do the same.

Offering my thoughts

as if you really want to hear them.

Allow me to say that yes, I have been away, in and out of the hospital due to ongoing problems with premature labor pains. And yes, I have seen the numerous posts of those who doubt I'm pregnant, and those who have some twisted idea I'm drama queen. I'm NOT her, but you all will continously believe whatever your twisted little minds want to believe, so it really doesn't matter now does it?

I've read through all your comments, and I just want to say that some of you are pretty messed up in the head, and for the one single individual who keeps lurking here for hours and posting when someone else responds, do you have nothing better to do than sit there? I logged your IP in for 9 hours already! And what is even weirder, you have answered yourself three times! Do you have a split personality or something? Go back over to that other blog and sit for awhile where you obviously came from since the referal link goes right back there too!

In response to darkside coming back, I have to agree that I don't believe they have been a private blog all this time, simply because word of it would have spread like wildfire if it had still exisited, and why would they have posted their adorable little welciome back message if they had been private? Wouldn't it have been better to remain as such so none of the people talked about knew what was being said behind their backs?

The fact remains that these women who started that blog are vicious little dogs who like nothing better than stirring trouble. Otherwise why bother coming over here to announce themselves? My little opinion blog is small fish compared to what they have done in the past and probably will try to do in the future! They came over here to post their welcome back simply to drive traffic back to their site so they can bitch and moan again. But the way I see it, not many people are flocking over there to read like they were before. I think most people have gotten wise and learned to take what they read with a grain of salt instead of believing it outright.

Bottom line remains, people are going to be vicious backstabbers no matter what we do or think, and there is always going to be a school ground bully around somewhere.

I don't blame nemesis for taking her blog private, why would she want some other blog coming there and starting trouble? If the darkside came there and posted like they did here, then she did the right thing.

In closing, people get a life or something, take a walk, do something constructive. Stop believing everything you see as fact, and stop believing you know who everyone is or their reasons behind their actions. Leave the taggers and scrappers alone, it isn't your responsibility to be judge, jury and executioner.

What does it take

for people to sit back and think about what is going on around them? And for that matter why is everyone so adamant that AK is innocent in all this? Somehow I think the people opening paypal tickets against her as well as all those who are coming forward with similar experinces must have truth to it all, otherwise why would they all be commenting about what they have lost to this woman?

Oh, wait, I get it, everyone must be in on it! It's a conspiracy to take down one woman! It must be! Why else would everyone secrectly ban together and decide to ruin her? Damn, I missed out. Maybe I should learn how to make something so I can say I was taken in too and be in on the game!

Wake up morons! People who have dealt with her first hand can't all be conspiring against her surely they must be right!

And these constant changes in the story are hilarious. First off, she closed it, then opened it again, then it was hacked, then it is sold? HAHAH Hilarious! Which is it? It can't be all of them!

I always try and speak FOR those who have been wronged, and for the taggers and scrap taggers, because they need a place to fit in the design world too, and funny thing is you don't see the traditional scrappers out there bitching, just the taggers! Goes to show you the bad side of things doesn't it?

Either way, people stop bitching at me because of this mess, I didn't make it, lol And I have only spoken the truth about things I have SEEN with my own eyes, not here say.

In defense of tag scrappers

Ok, I have followed all the drama of course. What else am I to do while confined to the couch, lol

I'm gonna weigh in on my thoughts about all this mess. First off, tag scrappers. I don't think everyone should be calling them names, or saying they cannot design, because honestly some of the tag scrappers have gorgeous kits, and they meet the need of the taggers out there who want the kits to use, so therefore in my mind, tag scrappers have as much right to be called designers as traditional scrappers do. For that matter, the tag scrappers have to make their kits full size and resize them especially for the tagger to use, and some of them actually sell both sides, and make good money at doing it.

So to be so harsh in your comments about tag scrappers is wrong. Give them a break, they design, they design with the tagger in mind and just because some of you would not buy a tagger kit, doesn't mean someone else feels the same.

Now then, on to the rest of the drama. I've seen the mess about Amanda, and now the comments about Amber, and if some of you remember a few weeks ago I posted all about Amanda and my thoughts about it as well as some one posting the very same copies of emails that were stuck in comments here, but yet I received all sorts of hell for letting the comments stand at the time, but now there is a new blog all about the nasty transgressions of Amanda and of course, it's the right thing to do to make the public aware of what has happened.

I've been accused of being Drama Queen, of Drama Queen Designs, and I am not her, nor anyone who actually tags, scraps, designs or anything crafty at all, lol I just sit back and watch the drama unfold and offer my thoughts, and right now my thoughts say that I am sick and tired of the holier than thou attitudes of those who are sticking by the nastiness going on! How can any of you sit there and offer defense of the actions that have went on? Doesn't it even occur to you to wonder just why so many people have come forward with the same stories of not receiving their products? Do you not wonder in the back of your mind if you have been cheated by these people and don't know it?

How can you sit there and say she is right when she lied? Lied about why her store was being moved, tried to ruin a mans livlihood by lying about him, lied to her designers about him and why they wer emissing money, kicked designers out of her store because they opened their own store, and who knows what else? How is that right? What does she have that makes you follow her like puppies after their master believing every word she spouts off? And believe me, it isn't slander if it's true and with all the paypal tickets being opened against this woman for being bogus in her sales pitch, it's going to come to a head and then where will you holier than thou supporters be left standing? Alone! That's where.

It seems odd that her store has closed, due to hacking? Not likely when it was supposedly a secure site! Mighty convenient that it gets "hacked" right when this mess comes to a head. And on top of it, Amanda was removed from digiscrapdepots new store going in too, makes you wonder why doesn't it? And now Amber trying to open up yet another store when the first one failed? She couldn't afford to keep it open, how does she plan to keep this one up?

Either way, I speak for the little people as always, and right now everyone who has been wronged by this woman is definately the little people! I hope you all get your money back and justice for the wrong doings of this woman!

Ok now, good points, bad points

Well, I must say that it seems there is a brand new touchy subject out there in the digi scrap world, and it seems to hit upon quite a few raw nerves. I have to say I agree and I disagree with you. Let me tell you why. First off, I do have to say it seems that everyone comes out of the woodwork during the holidays all spouting off about who needs a charity kit done, who needs the money for this or that reason, and after awhile it does grate on ones nerves because no matter what anyone says, no one truly knows if these "charity" kits are truly legit. Why do they only come out during the holidays? I don't feel comfortable buying any product online that goes for charity unless it comes from a legit site that I can actually truthfully verify. I know over there in the states you people have Shriners, War Veterens, and who knows what else that are actually legit corporations that need your help, and the Shriners have helped a family member who lives in the states, my sister to be exact who has a child with a birth disorder that the Shriners have been helping. She lives on military benefits while her husband is in Iraq, and that certainly doesn't cover medical expenses, so of course that charity gets what I can give it too.

But when it comes to all these different people who toss out their sob stories of a life gone wrong, diseases, disorders, and what have you, how do we honestly know that this is true? How do we know the money actually goes to these people and what they do with it? We don't. We only have whatever the person gathering the money tell us. There are so many places out there in the world that can help a person in their time of need, without them all turning to people online to help them out. Even though are very generous and kind hearted souls out there, none of us know what is the truth. How many generous souls have given money to people only for it to be spent on something wasteful?

So when it comes down to charity, I can see all of your points, and can see both sides of the coin. I personally choose not to give to people online who post their stories, not because I think they don't need help, because I'm sure they do, but because I don't know if their story is true or not. I have enough in my own life to pay for health care, my kids, my home, and day to day living without wondering what that faceless person with a sad story is really going to do with the money they get.

Go ahead, discuss it, leave your points, both good and bad, I'd like to hear them since you brought it up in comments.

Huh. I swear you take a break while and you come back to floods of emails. I'm not going to address anything tonight, but I'm going to say a certain woman who has been on here before for her fits is again back in the scrap limelight for allegedly stealing her designers payouts. No clue if she is, but after everything that has been posted about this woman before, who knows. All I can say is why? These women trust you and want to sell in your stores and especially this time of year they could use the extra cash and to find this woman refuses to give what she owes to her designers is appalling. The email is making it's rounds in several groups, and honestly, people need to wise up and check out where they try to sell their products. *HUGS* to the little lady who had to deal with this mess, and I hope you get it lined out honey, your designs are beautiful and you deserve to be paid properly for what you sold.

For those of you who have emailed me all those smack blog links, thanks, it's given me some much needed laughter during my forced bed rest, lol time and again it's the same people being called out and then being found out to not have done anything wrong!

The well wishers, thank you!! Baby and I are doing much better, the swelling has gone down, I'm allowed out of bed a little more each day now, but not much! We've gotten my blood pressure stabilized as well as my sugar levels, so finally on the right track!

Oh, store owners need to be aware, there is someone going around again buying massive amounts of items and then doing chargebacks, plus having many e checks declined, as well as being investigated for fraud! So beware!!

I'm back and WOW

Well, I am home, on bed rest and right now lying back in me bed trying to relax as the OB GYN has put me on bed rest which is not something I am really happy about. Seems being my age and pregnancy don't mesh very well together.

Anywho, I want to address something that I have taken down today. The recent post about Amanda aka Tantrum. All through the barkside and the other vigilante blogs I have kept a staunch flow of material to make one think about what is right and wrong and how people post lies and shit to make others out to be worse than they appear, and to hopefully spread enough doubt and thought into my readers minds about what is truth and what is fiction, and when I posted about Amanda, I never dreamed there would be such scathing comments about one person.

My reasons for posting about the incident were simply because I thought it was something people should think about, something people should look at and wonder why one person who has been the subject of pirate conversations, accused of posting personal information or her customers, and who knows what else she has done, would lie about why she moved her store. Why she would lie to her designers and friends? Because the truth folks is this, she did move her store because she was told to move it and to the best of my knowledge it wasn't because of missing funds. I saw and have (sent to me by a former designer) the actual emails sent to store owners letting them all know what was going on, and I also know several people who were unhappy about their interaction with Tantrum. So my questions were why would she lie?

I read through all of your comments before I deleted the post, and whoever posted the copies of the emails posted them word for word minus the personal info, so obviously they knew what they were doing. I don't condone posting that type of info publicly, which was why I asked if anyone wanted the info to email me and gave you my email address.

After much thinking, I felt it best to remove the offending comments because it was getting downright ugly in there and when people start mouthing off about stalking and shit it really pisses me off because I saw nowhere any evidence of stalking, or anything else, and with googles lenient policy of not blocking blogs like mine or the barksides, then I can't see where the problem was.

The bottom line in all of this digital world is there is a place for everyone who creates, and everyone creates something beautiful in their own way, and be it full size or tagger size, doesn't matter, if someone likes it they will buy it. I still stand by the opinions that Tantrum lied about the removal of her store, because her words and the emails just don't add up to an equal number. I still stand by the opinion that jealousy is a raging monster that some people cannot control so they wish to lie about the truth.

This blog still stands to make people think about what is going on in the digital world, make people wonder how much to believe, to put the seed of doubt into your mind that maybe everything isn't as cut and dried as you are made to think it is, and it will remain that way as long as I am able to post.

So think about it people, think about what you read, look for the truth, think of the possibilities and wonder if you are seeing everything there is to see, because nine times out of ten, you aren't.

Now I'm going to lie here and rest, and let this baby monitor keep tabs on me and the little one, and if you want to reply, please do, if you want to leave a scathing remark, go for it, but be warned, I might not be so kind in my own reply to you.

My blog aside, there is a brand new blog cropped up trying to be a carbon copy of the ole barkside, and judging by their opening post, they are doing a damned good job of it too! Posting screenshots and information on a so called pirate again without actually checking their facts out. You can bet the barkside are still following all that is being said on these blogs, even in their new hidden home somewhere. They'll be getting either a good laugh at this new blog, or be pissed off about someone trying to pick up where they left off. Just watch your followers people, because I've noticed on several blogs that there some followers who have their profiles disabled, so you have no clue who is following you, it might be these vigilantes!

What is it with these people anyway? Are they disgruntled designers? LMAO makes me think of that ole joke something about a pig who loses his voice, makes him disgruntled, lol oh well, there I go, off on a wild tangent, as usual, lol

Anywho, as I was saying, are these people actually so miserable in their lives that they have to make everyone else miserable? Or is it simply the lure of yet again someone else wanting their 15 minutes of internet fame? This new blog has one topic, outing two designers from the same store, both for TOU violations, but yet they say "PIRATES". Last time I checked a TOU violation isn't exactly a pirate, it's simply a violation. Although I do think that many action designers don't have their TOU as clearly stated as they could be and I don't always approve of them telling you exactly how you are "allowed" to use a product of theirs. I may not design, but I can read the TOU posted in many digital stores for the public to view, lol

One designer shares proof she has permission from the action designer to use the product as she created it, but does anyone see an apology from that new blog? NO! And why not? Expend a little too much energy there asshair blogger? Can't spell the words, "I'm Sorry" and print a retraction? I tell you one thing, this new blog lacks the flair the barkside had for the dramatic!

The second accused designer has yet to post proof she has permission, so we'll see how much longer they rake this one over the coals.

Anyone ever notice how these so called "proof" blogs have access to all these designers TOU and can copy and paste the whole thing is needed, but yet they simply can't be bothered to verify if their "proof" is legitimate? Why is this?

Oh well, I guess we'll just have to sit back and watch and wait to see if this newest vigilante blog takes off and gets the same response as the barkside did. Interesting to see how quick these things crop up and how gleefully these people post their "proof" of yet another evil scrapper! Oh yea, let me clarify, evil scrap tagger! I'm sorry, I got that wrong! I keep forgetting that these vigilante blogs only harrass the scrapper/tagger community! DOH! Must be the lack of sleep and too many crackers that have my brain mush! I keep forgetting that little detail!

Ahh sweet relief...for how long?

Well well well, I'd like to say thanks for the entertainment and support, some has been funny, some astounding in their utter stupidity, lol and some thought provoking. I am by all means not stopping this blog, because you, the people, need a place to vent and discuss what goes on in the digital world. Everyone knows by now the barkside has left the building, least the building we were all in, but I am sure they have by no means stopped their level of childish temper tantrums and their bullying tactics. Those kind of people do not quietly pack up and fade away.

I've read a couple of new comments that give me hope that those out there who have been accused, or simply caught in the wrong place at the right time will be able to rebuild themselves a new life in the digital world and will go on doing what they love as it seems over the past weeks much doubt was planted in the minds of people everywhere online who follow these blogs. Hopefully that doubt will make others think that not everything they have been provided with is proof of actual wrong doing.

I will continue to support the little people out there, and of course I doubt that all of us online are squeeky clean, we've all taken something somewhere at one time or another, but that doesn't mean everyone should be crucified, wait, not everyone has been crucified, only a select few, which smacks of personal grudges and vendettas, but what the hell does one do about that?

Let this be a lesson to you folks, believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see. Keep your eyes and ears open too, because in time, the crap will fly again. People like those over on that other blog that closed shop never know when to quit, and as much as they'd like you to believe they went private to keep inquiring minds like ours away, they went private so people like us can't doubt what they post. Frankly, I think they didn't like it when they kept losing control of their beloved topics and their proof was constantly blasted and questioned.

Either way, enjoy the peace while you have it lads and lassies, it won't last long! it never does!

It's true what they say

the shit always rises to the top of the barrel and of course, that means the barkside has arisen as well and has anyone had the chance to read their newest drivel? Looks like yet again they have tried to start shit, and isn't it lovely how they say blogs like this one and others have pushed them into starting a new blog where no one will find them? I don't know about you, but that seems to me awfully like they want to again be in control of what shit they post about people and this time no one who has been accused will have the chance to prove their innocence or not. They now have control of what is seen and not seen, and who sees it, and it doesn't have to have one whit of truth in it now for it to ruin others. Designers beware, you could have your names up in lights just because someone hates you for what you do and you don't even have to be a so called pirate! Vigilantes Gone?

One can only wonder and hope this is true. It seems in the past 3 weeks that the so called digital justice team has gone suddenly quiet. Now this makes one wonder, is this in preperation for more sudden outings of so called pirates? is this so new "proof" can be provided? Or is simply they have tired of being the center of attention? I think not. I think it is simply a matter of they have abandoned their vigilante blog in favor of a new one, where as they put it, "only designers and store owners will know what is going on". Kind of funny if you ask me though, and of course you won't since my opinions only garner your snide comments. It's been my opinion that these types of fly by night blogs come and go all the time, they start up, raise a ruckus, then vanish into thin air, leaving behind the remants of a bad order and hurt feelings of those they affected. it does however make for interesting reading how everyone is suddenly an expert on designs, designers, stores, laws, and what have you, plus the occasional pot calling the kettle black references and family put downs. mark my words though, you can bet things aren't as silent as they seem, they'll be back! People like that always turn up in one form or another. Enjoy your weekend everyone, this lil gal is going to nap and the silence of her friends who are finally being left alone to do what they enjoy.

I go away for a couple of days holiday and come back to find all manner of drivel posted in comments, and I swear, it seems like the teeny tiny voice of an idiot keeps trying to ring through loud and clear, and why this is, I have no idea. Let me let you all in on something here, I don't see where what I post is exactly in support of piracy. I simply post things the way I see it, and if people want to take it to heart that I support pirates, so be it. I've said it before, I'm not a designer, I don't scrap, I don't tag, but I'm around many people who do, and let me tell you this much, I have seen dozens of people sending through groups everything from scraps, tubes, music, movies, software, and anything in between that people can get their hands on. But, what do I see here? Only a select few people being trashed on blogs. Why? Personal grudge? Nothing better to do than ruin someone else? Bored? What reason? I've admitted to being guilty of snagging some music here and there, and secretly, I'm sure that 98 percent of the people out there do too, and more. And it is funny that it is only the scrappers that make small kits for the taggers that are getting destroyed. Odd if you ask me. Anywho, getting off track here, as usual. As I was saying, I go away and come home to nasty comments, supporting comments, and everything in between. And I ask you why you nasty little buggers want to constantly be so, well, nasty? You go off accusing me of stealing scraps, are being quite nasty about my unborn, and generally being a pain in the ass. Is there nothing fulfilling in your own life that you keep coming back to spout more useless drivel? I'm never going to post anything here except my thoughts and opinions, so if you are waiting for this turn into a smack blog, with proof of pirates and worse, then you will wait until hell freezes over. I personally think there are three sides to every story, your side, their side, then the truth. What I really want to know is why, out of all the people online who do a lot worse than buy stuff and share it, are you only choosing scrappers to pick on? Makes you people seem like bullies who only set out to destroy those they feel are beneath them, which is sad. Why not go after the music shares? Tube shares, oh wait, I'm sorry that happeend and sharing is still going on, so that got you nowhere. Movie shares, software shares? You don't fool with them because you are simply afraid of them, afraid they'll mop the floor with you and toss you in the dung heap. If you have nothing better to do than sit here and refresh the page and wait for new comments, then you lead a sad life, and it is obvious that you have something seriously wrong since your nasty replies to everyone who comments keep cropping up. This is my personal blog and I'll post whatever I like here, and if it is about me and I want to share it, I will, and if it is my thoughts and opinions about what hapens in the digital world, then I'll post that too. But this isn't a smack blog, it isn't a pirate blog, it isn't a support blog. Maybe you should learn the difference between opinions and trash. Either way, thank you for the kind words some of you have left, and for the nasty people who keep posting, wash your mouth out with soap, you need it. I can't believe you think asshairs is more nasty than the language you've used in comments.

Dear asshairs and wankers

or should I say one asshair and wanker as your comments left are brutally obvious the same idiotic drivel repeated over and over. I don't steal scrap kits, I don't design, I don't fool with tags, stationary, or anything like that in the graphics community. I don't create layouts with photos or anything else, all my children's photos all go into a simple photo album, the old fashioned way. So suck my asshairs wanker, and that comes from a cranky old pregnant lady. It seems that you have nothing better to do than to come here and try and start shit and make this into a carbon copy of the bark side, since they closed off comments and have nothing new to report, you must have found that you have a whole lot of time on your idle hands so you figure you need to stir shit somewhere, so what better place than here? I'll have you know this blog was not created to stir up shit in the digi community. It was created to voice my opinion and the opinions of others who get shot down on other blogs and forums for speaking their side of the story. And frankly asshair, if I wanted to post a bit about my personal life here, then I will as it is my blog the last time I checked. Oh, and I don't have a fantasy with asshairs, you certainly don't infiltrate my dreams at night, so the stupid bitch comment you made to me, needs to go back and be owned by the stupid bitch or bastard who made it, because frankly, I've seen women make many nasty comments, but yours reeks of a man with no bollocks, or the very least a very "manly" woman. Next time you decide to leave multiple comments, why not try spacing out your posting times better as well as masking your IP, because you truly suck at being an asshair. Oh and not that you are owed any explanation, but asshairs is just my favorite term for someone who is simply manky, and if that fits you, then you wear it well. So take your own pathetic ass back over to the bark side and sit there like the faithful lap dog you are and maybe they'll come out of hiding and throw you a bone or a few table scraps so you'll have something constructive to do with that potty mouth you have, then you won't be yanking your own chain trying to find other amusement than licking your own ass.
